Beautiful Rare Set of Miniature Gold Torah Ornaments. Vienna, Circa 1900
An exceptionally rare and beautiful set of miniature ornaments for
a Sefer Torah including a breastplate, crown, and yad, all exquisitely-crafted
in gold. The breastplate is stamped with a 14K mark.
Many similar items were crafted in Vienna at the turn of the 20th century, although the vast majority was fashioned of silver as
opposed to gold. These gold miniature ornaments are thus rare treasures with
great artistic and spiritual value.
