Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum (1808-1883) Author of Yitav Lev and head of the Sigat dynasty. Son of Rabbi Eliezer Nisan Ab”d of Drobitsch, son of the ‘Yishmach Moshe’. One of the great Admorim and tzaddikim of Hungary and a distinguished posek, he studied torah by the Yishmach Moshe and even filled his place as Rabbi in the year 1841, from the year 1858 he served as Ab”d of Siget and established a large yeshiva there, in Siget he began his tenure as Admor and thousands of Hasidim flocked to him from all over the country. Among his seforim that were printed: Yeitav Lev, Yeitav Panim, Rav Tov, Shu”t Avnei Tzedek on Shulchan Aruch.
The content of the letter is a response to a divorce arranged by a rabbi from Nadvorna who arranged a divorce through a messenger against the woman’s will. In his response the Yitav Lev rules that the get is not valid, in his response he relies on the words of the ‘Chasam Sofer’ that if one divorces without the consent of the woman the divorce is annulled.
The response was written on top of the letter with the question and response of Hagaon Rabbi Yaakov Mendel Friedman, Rava”d of Nadvorna.
In the response he mentions ‘my mechutan the Gaon of Hordankeh’ referring to Rabbi Moshe Teumim, author of the Shu”t Devar Moshe.

Rabbi Ya’akov Mendel Friedman Rava”d of Nadvorna (c.1830-1900) served as Rava”d of Nadvorna for forty years, he corresponded with many of the greats of his generation, see Maori Galicia vol. 4 p. 179.
