The Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Assad said on his tremendous genius in learning: he is as sharp as the author of the Tumim (Rabbi Yehonoson Eibeshitz) his rulings are as of the Noda Beyehuda, and he studies torah with emes like the author of the Haflah.
He would offer blessings with the power of his Torah; he would say this chidush in divrei torah should be of merit for a certain ill patient and in this zechus he should have Refuah Shleimah.
