    The Ralbag’s commentary is one of the classic commentaries on Chamisha Chumshei Torah. The present sefer is complete and in excellent condition.
Rabbeinu Levi ben Gershon, the Ralbag (1288-1344) was one of the great Rishonim of Provence and a leading commentator on Torah and Nevi’im. He was “versed in Talmud and created a beautiful commentary on Torah and the books of the prophets” (Shu”t HaRivash Ch. 45) and “Who among those who toil in Torah and wisdom is unaware of the value and glory of the Ralbag and his genius?” (Malbim in his approbation to Sefer Hade’os V’hamiddos).
