The Holy Names of Hashem and names of angels, along with their explanations, all meticulously arranged in alphabetical order.
The first three leaves of the manuscript include explanations on Tikkunei Hazohar.
This manuscript was an original copy inscribed in the beis medrash of the Ramaz, written concurrent to the compilation and editing of the sefer. It was copied by one of the scribes in the beis medrash who sat before the Ramaz and engaged in copying his writings.
Rabbi Moshe Zacuto (1625-1698) was among the most influential Italian kabbalists of his time. He studied kabbalah under Rabbi Binyamin Halevi, a disciple of Rabbi Chaim Vital, thus becoming another link in the chain of kabbalah taught by the Arizal. His famous house of study for kabbalah in Mantua was among the most eminent in all of Italy, and its scholars produced many landmark works of kabbalah which were instrumental in transmitting the teachings of the Arizal.

The Ramaz compiled and edited numerous works of kabbalah, selecting what he believed to be the most accurate and entitled his writings Soles Nekiyah (clean from errors). He then relayed his compositions (this manuscript being one of them) to scribes who sat before him which they duplicated, in order to spread his teachings around the world. There are many references to his involvement in the writings of the manuscripts in Igros HaRamaz (see Y. Avivi, Soles Nekiyah, Peamim 96 (2003) pp. 71-106.
The margin of leaf 10b contains a handwritten gloss by the kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Sabon (1806-1888), who was an Algerian kabbalist (Malchei Yeshurun p. 178).
