Beautiful copy with original French leather binding with artistic decorative clasps for closure.
Rare artistic decorated page edges (fore edge), painted in purple-blue and stamped with gilded stars. Excellently preserved in beautiful condition.
The siddur opens with a preface by Rabbi Aaron (Arnaud) Aron, Rav of Strasbourg.
This siddur was very popular in France, and the present edition is of the early editions of this Siddur.
