Rare! Autographed Postcard by the Admor Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar Following His Miraculous Rescue from the Nazis

On the 21st of Kislev, 5705, the celebrated Yom Hahatzalah, the Admor Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum arrived in Switzerland, shattered by the travails of the war. After several months of recuperation, he departed Switzerland for Eretz Yisrael where he resided for a year in the home of his daughter and son-in-law the Admor Rabbi Chananya Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum before making his way to the United States.
Letters from the Admor’s period in Switzerland are rare, and this one boasts a particularly heartwarming blessing:
“I am praying for you and your family that Hashem Yisborach should help you and grant you success in all your needs, and you shall merit great nachas from all your children and see the salvation and joy of Yisrael speedily.”
Handwritten regards from the famous gabbai Rabbi Yosef Ashkenazy appear on the verso.
