Rabbi Akiva Eiger’s chiddushim on maseches Kesubos delivered in the course of his shiurim to the talmidim in his yeshivah in Posna.
Transcribed by Rabbi Akiva Eiger’s talmid, Rabbi Gavriel of Posna, this manuscript contains over 100(!) chiddushim on the Gemara, Rashi and Tosfos.
The first page begins with the introduction,
“In the name of the great and renowned genius, our master and teacher Rabbi Avika Ginz of Eisenstadt, holy congregation of Posna. Sunday, 24 Menachem Av, 5579 (1819).”
The top of Leaf 24a opens:
“B”H, Posen. Copied from the letter of our master and teacher, the genius, moreinu Akiva n”y on Sh[ulchan] A[ruch], Y[oreh Deah] and Ch[oshen Mishpat].”
The margin of Leaf 13b is autographed by his disciple
“Hak[atan] Gavriel ben Moreinu Harav Yissachar Ber of Posen.” Leaf 18a features a second signature, presumably that of another disciple: “As a sign to commemorate the Torah…

The majority of these chiddushim were written on maseches Kesubos, although there are also two leaves dedicated to maseches Pesachim and assorted paragraphs on Shulchan Aruch and on other Masechtos.
Posen, 1819. 26 leaves, not all pages have handwriting on them,
actual writing is on 20 double-sided leaves (total: 40 sides). Page size; 21×17 cm. holes at the bottom of the page affecting text. New half leather and cloth binding.
