Prayers for the day of a circumcision, blessings for circumcision, blessings after meals, and liturgy for the redemption of a firstborn son. Includes instructions and laws, partially in Yiddish.
Title page within an architectural frame, at the top a view of Jerusalem with two drawings of angels grasping a crown inscribed B H (B’ezrat HaShem), figures of Moshe Rabbeinu with the Tablets, and Aharon the High Priest holding the Ketores flank its side, three cartouches below inscribed with Hebrew date 1738.

Moravia 1738. [23] leaves. Page size: 12.3 cm. Width: 7.5 cm. At a later date an additional [7] parchment leaves (totaling 30 leaves) were added with different prayers and Kiddush Levanah in square Ashkenazi script. Wear and signs of use. Good condition, Black diced leather binding, preserved in impressive new leather casing.
