Novellae and explanations on Shulchan Aruch-Choshen Mishpat by Harav Yaakov Lorberbaum, Av Beis Din of Lisa.

Shulchan Aruch Chapters 1-132 printed in the center of the page, with two columns of novellae and commentary flanking it on both sides.

Nesivos Hamishpat is one of the primary works authored on Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, and its chiddushim and explanations serve as the foundations of its intricate laws. There is no Rav or dayan who deals with financial cases who does not reference the rulings and novellae of the Nesivos Hamishpat.

The sefer also includes pilpul and elaborate discussion on the sefer Ketzos Hachoshen.

Harav Yaakov Lorberbaum (1770-1832) was Av Beis Din of Lisa and among the most celebrated Achronim. His fundamental works Nesivos Hamishpat, Toras Gittin (upcoming lot) and others are the landmark halachic works referenced by every Torah scholar.

Volume 2 was printed in 1816. Upper margin of the title page was professionally restored. Small marginal tear on Leaf 68, otherwise in good condition. Attractive new leather binding.
