Compilation of prayers for women with instructions in Italian.

This manuscript features special prayers to be recited by Jewish women while lighting Shabbos candles, on the night of immersion, and after Shemone Esrei.

The prayers are written in simple style, but with deep emotion. Most of the prayers focus on childbirth and raising healthy children who will engage in Torah and mitzvos in the merit of the Jewish woman fulfilling her special mitzvos of lighting candles and family purity.

The manuscript encompasses eight prayers in Hebrew with instructions and explanations of each prayer in Italian. The last prayer is written in Hebrew and Italian on facing sides.

With the exception of the first prayer, which is ascribed to the Ramban, other prayers in this manuscript do not appear in other known sources.
