Three works of Hebrew grammar by the famed Jewish grammarian Rabbi Eliyahu Bachur:

1. Pirkei Eliyahu – Rules of Hebrew grammar, letters and vowels in 13 poems. Hebrew with Latin translation by Sebastianum Munsterum
Basel, 1527.  [98] leaves. Page size: 15 cm.

2. Masores Hamasores – Rules and explanations illuminating the methodology of the sage.
Basel, 1539. Hebrew with Latin translation. [128] leaves.

3. Tuv Ta’am – Laws and explanation of cantillation.
Basel, 1539.  [53] leaves. Printed together with
Masores Hamasores with a separate title page.


The three books are bound together with an antique leather binding with owners initials H.K. engraved. With many handwritten glosses in Latin, 5 additional pages bound to book with writings in Latin. Good condition.
