The book contains

Order of prayer and study for a chanukas habayis;
Order of prayer and study on the eve of a bris in the home of the newborn;
Prayers for the sick;

and
sefer Shomer Yisrael—a collection of segulos and means of protection by the
Chid”a, Rabbi Chaim Yosef David Azzulai..

The order of prayer and study established in the present work by the Chid”a for the above purposes was universally accepted and has been reprinted in dozens of forms and editions.
