1. Letter dated 7 Elul, 5714 (1954)
This letter discusses advice regarding traveling to the United States for fundraising purposes, and regarding delivery of Siddurim and Machzorim for a shul.

“I hope that, very soon, I will receive clear information regarding what is happening in Chabad in Jerusalem and regarding the Association of Chabad Youth…”

Typewritten with two handwritten words by the Lubavitcher Rebbe. This letter was not printed in Igros Kodesh.

2. Letter dated 9 Elul, 5714 (1954)
“I shall mention him at the holy tziun…to improve his health condition.”

Typewritten with one handwritten word by the Lubavitcher Rebbe. This letter was not printed in Igros Kodesh.

3. Letter dated 27 Elul, 5716 (1956)
“In the future, they shall announce in detail all that regards Chabad’s matters…it is the correct way of conduct as they mentioned in their letter, that they do not get involved in all the matters that they write about…as it is known the Rebbe emphasized ‘We illuminate.’”


The word ‘B’pratiyus (in detail)’ was underlined by the Lubavitcher Rebbe himself. Printed in Mikdash Melech Vol. 3 Letter 79.

4. Letter dated 27 Elul, 5717 (1957)
The letter is addressed to the Association of Nshei and Bnos Chabad and written entirely in Yiddish.

Typewritten with 4 handwritten words by the Lubavitcher Rebbe.

Few holes in margins. Printed in Igros Kodesh Vol. 15 Letter: 5, 5745.
The letter is dated 17 Elul but then manually erased by the Admor and changed to 27 Elul.

5. Letter dated Thursday, Adar II, 5919 (1959)
Thank you letter upon receiving a gift; a letter from his father the holy Admor Harav Levi Yitzchak. “I received his gift, and it is most precious, a letter from my father zkvk”l.

Typewritten with one handwritten word by the Admor. This letter appears in Igros Kodesh Vol. 18 Letter 6, 5749.

6. Letter dated Wednesday, 4 Iyar, 5719 (1959)

In this letter, the Rebbe instructs his Chassid to continue davening in a Chabad shul, despite the difficulties involved. The letter is written in a combination of Hebrew and Yiddish with handwritten amendments by the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Slightly stained.

This letter appears in Igros Kodesh Vol. 18 Letter 6, 5739[T1] .

7. Letter dated 15 Av, 5723 (1963)
Letter expressing the Rebbe’s satisfaction with the nominee of the educational supervisor – overseeing the Talmud Torah in Kfar Chabad. “And Hashem Yisborach should send you success so you shall see the fruits of your labor—a blessed seed of Hashem, as fits the desires of the founder and administrator of Kfar Chabad, the holy Admor, prince of Israel.”

This letter was printed in Hatikshoret Issue 302 p. 14.

8. Letter dated 2 Shvat, 5767 (1967)

Blessing for easy Pregnancy

“I double my blessing that Hashem Yisborach shall grant her a full, healthy, easy pregnancy, and she shall give birth to a living infant — a zera shel kayamah, at the right time, smoothly and easily… The pidyon nefesh shall be recited at an auspicious hour on the tziun of my master and father-in-lawת the Rebbe ztvk”l.
This letter was not printed in Igros Kodesh.

8 letters, 1945-1967. 6 are typewritten on aerograms. Most have changes and additions in the Admor’s handwriting all with the Rebbe’s signature, The letters are preserved in an ornate leather binding.
