On verso of the title page is a list of the Geonim whose responsa appear in this work, among them Rav Shrira Gaon, Rav Hai Gaon, Rav Sadya Gaon, Rav Amram Gaon, Rav Natronai Gaon, and Rav Tzemach Gaon.

This work was edited and published by Rabbi Chaim Modai, Av Beis Din of Izmir.
In the present copy Rabbi Chaim Modai added a hand-written comment on the errata leaf.
