Public announcement  protesting the “Public desecration of the Shabbos and consumption of nonkosher food [promoted] by the restaurant opened by a group of pioneers who repulsively transgress all the laws of Shabbos and kosher and purposely unite to sin…”

on the bottom of the protest  Harav Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld  wrote that although he did not personally investigate the incident, the mere rumor of such a scandal is sufficient grounds for issuing such a protest.
