Order of Hakafos for Hoshanah Rabba with Songs for Simchas Torah — a unique manuscript with decorative letters and impressive borders by sisters Rianna Miriam and Aluvra de Segri, daughters of the celebrated Segri family which was renowned as one of the most prestigious Jewish families in Italy.
Striking manuscript with the titles of each hakafah surrounded in ornamental borders, and intricate designs and drawings spread throughout the manuscript.
The title page boasts the inscription: “My book of prayer for Hoshanah Rabba—I, Rianna Miriam and Aluvra de Segri from the city of Saluzzi.”(Piedmont region of Italy, approximately 60 kilometers from Torino).
The manuscript also contains prayers translated to Italian
