The above highlighted sentence is an  autograph of the Admor Harav Yissachar Dov of Belz zt"l.

The Admor Harav Yissachar Dov of Belz (1854-1927) was the third Grand Rabbi in the Belz dynasty. During his reign, the Holy Court of Belz expanded to become a prominent center of Chassidus that attracted thousands. Harav Yissachar Dov was considered to possess Divine inspiration and was renowned as a miracle worker. He fought valiantly to preserve authentic Torah Judaism, and his influence and leadership extended throughout Jewish Galicia.

Harav Pinchas (Pinyaleh) Twersky of Ostillia (1880-1943) was the son of Harav Mordechai Twersky of Rachmastrivka, and the grandson of Harav Yochanan of Rachmastrivka. He was very close to his father-in-law, Harav Yissachar Dov of Belz, who loved him dearly and influenced him greatly. Harav Yissachar Dov refused to allow other communities to appoint Reb Pinyaleh as Rabbi, insisting that, “It’s a great merit for me to be with him under one roof" (Admorei Belz, page 37). His son-in-law was Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Twersky of Skver, father of the present Admor of Skver shlita.

Belz, 1902.
