Halachic Responsum Regarding Matzah Flour

This responsum regards the case of a sack of wheat reserved for matzah that fell to the ground, prompting concern that it may have become chametz.
Hagaon Harav Yehuda Greenwald, Av Beis Din of Satmar (1860-1920) was an esteemed Hungarian sage and beloved disciple of the Ksav Sofer who proposed the shidduch between Rav Yehuda and his niece. His Yeshivah was one of the most famous in all of Hungary at the time, and he authored several famous works, among them Ollelos Yehuda on Tehillim and Responsa Zichron Yehuda.
