The letter is dated Lublin, 8 Nissan.
Maseches Pesachim 114, 1932
This letter was written on the 8th of Nissan, one week prior to Pesach 1932. On every letter that he inscribed, Rav Meir Shapiro also marked the calendar date according to the daily study of the Daf Yomi.
During that era, when the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of Europe approved Harav Meir Shapiro’s proposal of the Daf Yomi, they also resolved to note the Daf Yomi with the date on every official letter.
