Harav Moshe Twersky of Addes was the son of Harav Mordechai Twersky of Rachmastrivka and grandson of Harav Yochanan of Rachmastrivka. He was a son-in-law of Harav Dovid of Savran; after his first wife passed away, he remarried the daughter of Harav Yechiel of Karlowitz (Apta). He served as Rebbe both in Addes and Rachmastrivka.
