Harav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach (1910-1995) was the author of Minchas Shlomo and a leading halachic authority in the last generation who dealt with many contemporary questions reflecting technological advancements of the times. He served as Rosh Yeshivah of Kol Torah for close to fifty years where he delivered profound Torah lectures to thousands of students.
