Wedding invitation to family members in Eretz Yisrael to join in the celebration of the marriage of the son of the Mekor Baruch.
This letter was written on the verso of a letter sent by his son, the chosson Harav Naftali, and in addition to a personal letter sent by his wife Rebbetzin Tzirel bas Harav Eliezer Nissan Horowitz of Dzhikov-Tzfas.
The
Admor Harav Baruch of Seret-Vizhnitz (1895-1964) was the son of the Ahavas Yisrael of Vizhnitz. He was ordained by great Galician rabbis and scholars, and in 1936, was appointed Av Beis Din of Seret and the Bukovina. He was a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah and authored Mekor Baruch.
In 1947, he journeyed to Eretz Yisrael where he founded the Vizhnitz community in Haifa.
