The Ben Ish Chai’s responsa to this subject was printed in Responsa Rav Pealim Vol. 2 Even Haezer Ch. 5, yet this document encompasses the complete discussion and correspondence regarding the case.
The responsa printed in this booklet includes several additions and amendments; testimonies sent to the Ben Ish Chai; and a responsa by Rabbi Nissim Chai Halevi to which the Ben Ish Chai responds in his own writings. The above are not printed in the Ben Ish Chai’s Responsa Rav Pealim, but were published in Nachlas Avos, p. 321.
At the start of this responsa, the Ben Ish Chaim mentions the above additions, noting that he did not publish the testimonies, questions or responses of the Rabbinical Court members due to the high cost of printing.
