Letter of Torah novellae from Rabbi Gershon Litsch-Rosenbaum, addressed to his father, Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Leib HaLevi, dayan of Pressburg and author of Masa D’Yerushalayim and others.

The letter regards the opinion of the Noda B’Yehuda regarding a chalitza matter.

Rabbi Gershon Litsch Segal Rosenbaum (1837-1901) was the ab”d of Tallya, Hungary. He was circumcised by the Chassam Sofer, and was a student of the Ksav Sofer and Mahari Assad. He authored Responsa Meishiv Devarim and Devarim Nichochim on Talmud.
