The Admor of Piacenza was a leading educator and possessed a deep understanding of the youth of his time. In his sefer Chovas HaTalmidim, he lays out his method of parenting and education. This sefer was widely accepted as a fundamental source on the subject of raising children with Torah and Chassidus.
