shamash of Kollel Ashekanazim and Beis Midrash Menachem Tzion to represent a husband and bring his get to the Rabbi of Jerusalem- Rabbi Shmuel Salant on his behalf.

Dated Vienna, 1874, the document also includes signatures from Rabbi Mordechai Ber Klein, author of Imrei Noam and Rabbi Yaakov Katz.

Rabbi Binyamin Shlomo Zalman Segal Spitzer (1826 – 1894) was the son-in-law of the Chasam Sofer and a disciple of the Ksav Sofer and Maharam Schick.. Following his marriage he lived in Pressburg where he accepted the position of Rabbi and Dayan. He was later appointed Av Beis Din of Vienna. He authored Tikkun Shlomo–Simlas Binyamin which includes Drashos and novellae of various sugyos.
