Mishnayos Seder Nezukin

with more than one hundred twenty! Handwritten, long Chidushim by the famed Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher of Greiditz (Grätz).

It is in this very Mishnayos, that Rabbi Eliyahu learned, and in these page-margins, he compiled his innovative manuscript.
 As one of the outstanding students of Rabbi Akiva Eiger, Rabbi Eliyahu expounds on the teachings of Rabbi Akiva’s Tosfos Rabbi Akiva Eiger on Mishnayos printed in this sefer. (Altona 1845)
Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher, ABD of Geiditz, known as an exceptional Tzadik,he was outstanding in righteousness, Yiras Shomayim, and kedusha (quoted by the Sho’el U’Mashiv). He was revered in his generation as a miracle worker, and his knowledge and virtues surpassed the wisdom and virtues of over one thousand Jews(quoted by his friend Rabbi Zvi Hersh Kalisher).
On the inner side of the cover, Rabbi Guttmacher wrote the date: 26th of Shevat 5629. The novella written in this sefer was printed in the Mishnayos -Vilna edition .
