Long Handwritten Response from the Shevet HaLevi, Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner;
Bnei Brak, 1974

Long response regarding hilchos nidah from Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner, addressed to Rabbi Ephraim Greenblat, Av Beis Din and author of Rivevos Ephraim.
At the beginning of his letter, Rabbi Shmuel attacks a sefer that had been published in English, writing that it is "machsil es harabbim."

Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner (1913 – 2015) was Av Beis Din of Zichron Meir and Rosh Yeshiva of Chachmei Lublin. He was admired as a leading Halachic authority in this past generation and published 11 volumes containing his Halachic responsa, including thousands of rulings in practical Halacha. There is no relevant Halachic question that did not pass through his rabbinic court.
It is known that Rabbi Shmuel was particularly fluent in the halachos of nidah and was considered one of the leading Halachic authorities on the matter.

Dated Zichron Meir, Bnei Brak, 1974.
