Segula for Protection:
Holy Handwriting of Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik
of Komarna, Author of Heichal HaBracha

Double-sided page completely handwritten by Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Yehuda Yechiel Safrin of Komarna.
The page is an excerpt from his important treatise on the Mishna.

Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Yehuda Yechiel Safrin of Komarna (1806 – 1874) was a holy and pious scholar and renowned miracle-worker. He studied under the tutelage of his uncle, Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch of Ziditchov, achieving lofty spiritual heights already at a young age. Rabbi Safrin of Komarna attested of himself that he possessed ‘sparks’ from the souls of the Baal Shem Tov and the Ar”i.

In his introduction to sefer Zohar Chai, his son writes: “Several times I saw with my eyes, when [someone would] come to him to request [a blessing] for a sick individual, he would tell me, ‘This one will live and this one will die…’ almost as it was by Rabbi Chanina ben Dosa.”

Rabbi Safrin of Komarna authored Heichal HaBracha and others.
The present page is an original written leaf from the Admor’s compilation on mishnayos Pnei Zaken and Maaseh Oreg.
