First edition Ben Ish Chai authored by Rabbeinu Yosef Chaim.

Sefer Ben Ish Chai contains Halachic rulings incorporated with matters of Kabbalah, mainly regarding Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deyah, as well as explanations and Drashos on the parshiyos.
Sefer Ben Ish Chai is the most renowned work of Rabbi Yosef Chaim from Bagdad Iraq and he is known by the name of this very sefer Ben Ish Chai.

This sefer was universally accepted by the Sephardic community as the source for final Halachic rulings and can be viewed as the counterpart of the  קצור שלחן ערוך  among the Ashkenazic community.
This first edition was published in Jerusalem, 1898.
The publisher’s name and printing location are printed in gold ink.
