Deep Halachic response regarding Sukkos hakafos for one who is mourning his parents, addressed to Rabbi Yosef HaCohen Schwartz, author of Vayilkat Yosef.
Written in Ratzfert, 1929, sometime between Yom Kippur and Sukkos.

Rabbi Shaul Rosenberg (1865 – 1940) served as the Rabbi of Ratzfert for upwards of forty years. A renowned miracle-worker to whom thousands would flock, he was known as well for his  genius and righteousness. He studied by the Maharam Schick and Kol Aryeh. He was a Chassid of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch of Liska who made his shiduch and later a Chassid of the Admor of Belze who greatly admired and respected him.
