Handwritten and signed letter from the Admor Rabbi Yosef of Koidanov, addressed to his son-in-law, Rabbi Menachem Nachum of Kantikoziva.
Letters from Rabbi Yosef Koidanover are exceedingly rare.

Rabbi Yosef Perlow of Koidanov (1854 – 1916) was the son of Rabbi Aharon of Koidanov, son-in-law of his uncle Rabbi Noach of Horodyszcze. Rabbi Yosef was a sixth generation from Rabbi Mordechai of Lechovitch. He succeeded his father in 1894 and established a large, prominent yeshiva in Koidanov. His Torah novellae were recorded in sefer Minchas Yosef.
