Rabbi Moshe writes: "I was glad to see…  G-d fearing and complete communities who are busy with the Torah and the service of G-d with real mesirus nefesh. Indeed, my heart aches deeply for the depths of their harsh reality; a life of sorrow and poverty… It is an early tradition that charity is a great segula to be saved…"
