Handwritten Letter and Signature from
Rabbi Avraham Weinberg of Slonim, Author of Beis Avraham
"I hope to Hashem that I will come to Eretz Yisrael after Rosh Hashana"

Handwritten letter from the Beis Avraham of Slonim, Rabbi Avraham Weinberger, including words of encouragement, advice and blessing.
Among his words, the Admor reveals his plans of coming to Eretz Yisrael following Rosh Hashana. Being that the letter is undated, it may be referring to his visit to Eretz Yisrael in 1933, soon after which he passed away.
Rabbi Avraham Weinberger (1884 – 1933) was the son of Rabbi Shmuel of Slonim, author of the Divrei Shmuel son of the Yesod Ha’avoda. He succeeded his father position and established his Chassidic courtyard in Baranowicz, establishing the great Toras Chessed yeshiva there as well. Thus, Baranowicz quickly blossomed into a cornerstone of Lithuanian Chassidus. He passed away suddenly upon his return from a visit to Eretz Yisrael. His son, Rabbi Shlomo David Yehoshua, succeeded his position (see lot below).
