Handwritten and signed letter from Rabbi Shmuel Rosenberg of Unsdorf, addressed to Rabbi Binyamin Wolfe Singer, Av Beis Din of Mikalish and its environs.
Rabbi Shmuel Rosenberg of Unsdorf (1842 – 1912) was renowned as a miracle-worker to whom thousands streamed for blessing and salvation. He authored Be’er Shmuel and was a prestigious Torah lecturer in Hungary. He served as Rabbi of Unsdorf for thirty-five years and countless Torah leaders emerged from his yeshiva.
