Letter from Rabbi Yehoshua Zaberman of Ivangrad to Rabbi Eliyahu Klatzkin, Av Beis Din of Lublin. In it, he queries regarding the suspicion of worms found in chickpeas imported from Russia and purchased in Lublin.
Rabbi Yehoshua Zoberman was the Av Beis Din of Ivanegrad, and later Pakshewintza. He published Torah novellae in periodicals (such as Habe’er, Kovetz Drushim and others), and edited the sefer Ma’amar Mordechai of Rabbi Mordechai of Kuzmir.
