The letter is stamped by the Beis Din and signed by:
Rabbi Yosef Greenwald of Puppa (1903 – 1984) was the son of Rabbi Yaakov Yechezkiya Greenwald, son of the Arugas Habosem. Following his marriage he served as Dayan of Satmar and as the right hand of the Keren L’David. He immigrated to the United States after World War II where he reestablished his Beis Midrash and yeshiva and was known as the Admor of Puppa. Rabbi Aharon of Belze attested that the Admor of Puppa never tasted sin in his life.
Rabbi Chaim Halberstam (1884 – 1941) was the eldest son of Rabbi Shalom Eliezer of Ratzfert, and served as Av Beis Din of Satmar. His grandfather, the Admor of Hornesteiple, held Rabbi Chaim in high esteem and exchanged many letters containing responsa with him. He was known as a steadfast zealot who fought to preserve authentic Judaism.
Rabbi Yeshaya Kleinman (1871 – 1937) was one of the important teachers of Satmar. He grew up in the home of his uncle, Rabbi Yeshaya’le of Kerestirer and would join him on his travels to the generation’s rabbis and admorim. He was appointed Dayan of Satmar upon the recommendation of his rabbi, the Arugos HaBosem, and was one of the leading voices in the rabbinate there. The majority of his writings were lost in the war,
