Included in the pamphlet is a question on gittin as well as comments on Responsa Eidus B’Yehosef from Rabbi Yosef Razin, Av Beis Din of Telze.
Rabbi Menachem Nachum Ginsberg was the son of Rabbi Moshe, Av Beis Din of Samyatitche, son of Rabbi Menachem Nachum, Av Beis Din of Biala. He served as Av Beis Din in Sochatchov .He is quoted in many of the sefarim of his time, most notably in the sefarim of Rabbi Shlomo Kluger with whom he discoursed frequently.
