Letter from Rabbi Yitzchak Zev HaLevi Soloveitchik, Av Beis Din of Brisk, addressed to Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Dushinsky, Av Beis Din of the Eidah Chareidis in Jerusalem.
The letter regards a disciple of the Toras Chessed Yeshiva in Brisk who at risk for conscription to the Polish army. "And when it was made known to us that the
 agency obtained 25 certificates for yeshiva students from the Diaspora, our request is obvious… and they should send it for the above mentioned disciple…"
Dated the 8th of Av, 1934, the letter includes Rabbi Yitzchak Zev’s complete signature, along with his stamp as the Av Beis Din and Rabbi of Brisk
