Warm Words from the Chafetz Chaim Praising Jews of America for Meriting to Uphold Torah Study Throughout the World

Letter signed by the Chafetz Chaim on personal stationary, in which he praises the American donors who were sustaining the world of yeshivos. In the main body of the letter, the Chafetz Chaim recounts the harsh circumstances facing the Radin Yeshiva. He writes: "To my great sorrow, it is currently in a very difficult situation, because of the terrible crisis that has been prevailing in our country for several years." Dated Radin, 1927, the Chafetz Chaim Signs his name along with his holy stamp at the end of the letter: Yisrael Meir HaKohen, Author of Chafetz Chaim and Mishna Brura.
