Rare postcard from Rabbi Avraham Yaakov HaLevi Horowitz dated 1935.

Rabbi Avraham Yaakov HaLevi Horowitz (1864-1942) was a prominent leader of his generation, described by the Maharsham as a "
world genius, " and by the Admor of Belze as a "
mezuzah guarding Eastern Galicia." People flocked from far and near with questions, to which he would respond promptly, and with great clarity, as though the topic were fresh on his mind. His novellae were published in Responsa Tzur Yaakov – two parts.
