Letter of thanks handwritten and signed by the holy Rabbi Meir Abuchatzeira in Midelt, Morroco 1950.

Rabbi Meir Abuchatzeira
(1917 – 1983), known by all as the Baba Meir, was the illustrious eldest son of the famed Baba Sali. His holy father raised him in tremendous holiness and purity, and already at a young age he was rabbinically ordained. He was appointed Rabbi of Midelt in 1944 and Rabbi of Arpad in 1952. He immigrated to Eretz Yisrael in 1964 where he passed away in Ashdod. He was the father of Rabbi Elazar Abuchatzeira and Rabbi David Abuchatzeira of Nahariya.
