Rabbi Moshe David Teitelbaum (1856 – 1935) was the son of Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Yukel Teitelbaum and son-in-law of Rabbi David Halberstam of Krasnow, son of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. Growing up in the home of his illustrious grandfather, the Yitav Lev, he received all of his writings, as well as those of the Yismach Moshe, in order to bring to print. He served as Rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva of Lapush for fifty years.
