The response regards Yoreh Dei’ah and discusses a case where blood was spotted in milk; determining the Halachic status of both the milk and its vessels.

Rabbi Binyamin Zev Wolf HaCohen Rappaport (aprx. 1752 – 1836) was renowned for his
sefer Simlas Binyamin regarding the Halachos of
nedarim. He was appointed rabbi of Pupa in 1782, serving in this capacity for upwards of fifty years. His novellae was also published in the
sefer Nesivos Hachachma on Talmud, and in Responsa V’Eidus L’Yisrael on tractate Makkos.
