Handwritten Response Regarding Mikvaos by Rabbi Shmuel Engel, Av Beis Din of Radomishle

A long, handwritten response from Rabbi Shmuel Engel, Av Beis Din of Radomishle, addressed to Rabbi Chaim Teitelbaum of Brigel.
Rabbi Shmuel Engel (1853 – 1935) was the Av Beis Din of Radomishle and author of Responsa Maharash. He grew up in Sanz in the shadow of the Divrei Chaim and was one of the greatest respondents of his time, fielding questions from the greatest Torah leaders and Admorim.
Rabbi Chaim Teitelbaum was the Rosh Av Beis Din of Brigel. He was a descendant of the Yismach Moshe and Aryeh Divei Aliya, and son-in-law of Rabbi Tovia, Av Beis Din of Brigel. Followers of the Bobov Chassidus would concentrate in his shul.
