Polemics: Halachic Ruling Rescinding Boycott against Leaders of the Neturei Karta

A signed halachic ruling from the leaders of the Badatz Eidah Chareidis of Jerusalem rescinding a boycott against leaders of Jerusalem's Neturei Karta community.
In 1990 an article was published by the Neturei Karta sharply criticizing the leaders of the Jerusalem Eidah Chareidis. In response, the leaders of the Badatz excommunicated the editor of their newspaper, Rabbi Chaim Katzenelenbogen, along with other leaders of their community.
On the 7th of Tishrei, the leaders of Badatz rescinded the boycott and issued this Halachic ruling, after hearing from Rabbi Shlomo Pappenheim that the publishers expressed regret for what had been said. Following the rescinding, those who had been excommunicated published a new article denying their regret.
The halachic ruling is signed by all the leaders of the Badatz: Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund, Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Dushinsky, Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Fisher, Rabbi Binyamin Rabinowitz and Rabbi Avraham David Horowitz.
