Rabbi Azariah Figo (1579 – 1647) was one of the leading rabbis of Venice and the author of Bina Le'itim and Gedolei Terumah.which are from the most prominent sefarim on drush and Choshen Mishpat respectively. The Shach, who spent large sums of money in order to obtain the sefer Geddulei Terumah from Italy, quotes him many times over in his Halachic rulings.
