Signed Letter of Recommendation from Rabbi David of Zlatipoly, Son of Rabbi Yochanan of Rachmastrivka and Son-in-law of Rabbi Aharon of Karlin

A letter of recommendation from Rabbi David Zlatipoly to one of his followers living in Jerusalem.

The letter regards a shochet ubodek who was looking to leave his position and immigrate to Eretz Yisrael, but did not know anyone there that could help him. Rabbi David requests that the addressee "bring him closer and help him in every way possible."
Rabbi David Twersky of Zlatipoly (1837 – 1915) was the son of Rabbi Yochanan of Rachmastrivka and son-in-law of Rabbi Aharon Perlow of Karlin, author of Beis Aharon. He was the father-in-law of his nephew, Rabbi Yisrael Perlow of Stolin. He led thousands of followers.
