An explanation on the topic of the shiurim (measurements) written in the handwriting of Rabbi Avraham Yeshayahu Karelitz, known as the Chazon Ish.
Understanding the measurements listed in the Torah, such as the volume of a kezayis, kebeitsa, revi'is, or the length of an amah, tefach etc., are necessary in the day to day lives of Jews. This is a complicated matter which sparked much controversy.
In his sefer Shiurei Torah, Rabbi Avraham Chaim Na'eh publicized his opinion on the topic which was at that time the practice in Eretz Yisrael. The Chazon Ish, however, came out strongly against this sefer arguing that the measurements are actually larger.
This disagreement sparked a Halachic debate resulting in the compilation of several sefarim in clarification of the topic.
This page, written in the holy handwriting of the Chazon Ish himself, was written in the heat of those days and provides an explanation to what is known as "Shiurei Chazon Ish."
